Hayden provided the best care for my knee pain. He was thorough, professional and provided great detailed education and training. I always go to Precision for all my rehab!

After suffering a sprained ankle that never fully healed (1.5 years) and a bad case of plantar fisciitis (6 months) in my other foot I reluctantly agreed to PT-- a full hour drive from my home.
It was very evident after my first meeting with Hayden Block I had come to the right place. Hayden carefully considered my situation and to my surprise diagnosed my problem due to extremely stiff ankles (no movement) and the way I walked being the root of the problem. The real trick was to help me understand how I can support my healing by understanding my movement and of course implementing stretches and strength exercises. Hayden's anatomy knowledge is so impressive along with his ability to clearly communicate the solutions which i could fully grasp and implement into my daily life.

Over the course of 12 appointments, Hayden along with Gillian & Annie, patiently watched my PT routines fine tuning each movement with great insight so I could do them correctly on my own. They did not simply treat my symptoms but got down right away to the main cause of the problem.

I am so very grateful to Hayden, Annie and Gillian for their amazing work and attitudes. I am now 85% better and continue to improve day by day under their great care and guidance. I cannot thank you enough.

I've been to a few different PT offices and Precision is by far the best. Hayden, Gillian, Christie and Annie were all extremely helpful and very hands-on with both issues I was seeing them for. They also took the time to explain on an in-depth level why I was experiencing pain physiologically and how I can prevent a recurrence. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience here. First thing that comes to mind is the atmosphere. Atmosphere is warm, kind, inviting, and helpful. The staff there, Hayden, Annie, Chris, Christie all worked with me hands on. Every one of them is knowledgeable, professional, as well as laid back. They are real people doing real, authentic work. I could not say enough about this place. Also, it’s right by the beach, and there are so many dogs! Physical therapy is difficult and it’s nice to have kind, humorous people that are pushing you to grow and get your quality of life back. Thank you so much Seascape precision.
