  Great staff , super friendly management , . I love the fact the gym offers Squash court , racquet ball court , ping pong, swimming pool , jacuzzi sauna ... There is also so much equipment for weights and different rooms allowing variation in my workout . Cabrollo fitness offers a lot of classes . There are a lot of different rooms and personally i enjoy going stretching in yoga room upstairs and hitting the punching bag . All this for $39 ! Over the years since I joined, the gym has always been improving and the equipment is always getting better and up to date with new technology . I think it is a great place for the community and it make Aptos better . Thank you for your hard work . Brice Chevalier

  I’ve been a member of Cabrillo Fitness for over twenty years and I want everyone to know what a fine staff they’ve assembled managing the club.
  
  Dealing with the general public isn’t easy. And its not how hard you work that is the primary determinant of a person’s stress. Its how much control or discretion a person has over their workload.
  
  Every day after I finish a soak in the hot tub I come up and sit at the table at the top of the stairs to cool down and get my head back on my shoulders before driving off into traffic.
  
  I’ve spent hours this way watching how the staff multitasks, often dealing with multiple customers at once. And while most are respectful and courteous, I’ve seen some difficult situations be handled very professionally by the staff.
  
  As author of HIRING THE BEST PEOPLE: HOW TO SPOT MOTIVATION AND ATTITUDE I’ve been asked to speak at the biggest human resource conferences in the world.
  
  I give the entire staff - Sean, John, Zack, Tim, Eli, Julie – my highest recommendations!
  
  Beyond their excellent facilities that can’t be beat in the area, that’s what’s kept me coming back now for over 20 years now!

  Love this gym, have been coming here all summer and it’s a great place to work up a good sweat and feel comfortable in your own skin. The only problems I’ve ever encountered was that they close at a different time on Friday and a different time Saturday and Sunday (which is way early!) but I think the amazing staff compensates for how early they close on the weekend. Everyone is so kind and I will miss coming here (since I’m moving). Thanks Cabrillo Fitness!

  I love the helpful, friendly staff, the low/no chlorine pool, steam room, classes, etc. Always great access to the machines. Nice that they've instituted a shuttle to help with parking.
