  I am currently out of the country and I have been receiving bills and notifications that I am already past due. I could not log in to my account and I have no idea how I may be able to check on what's currently going on. I've been having a hard time contacting their office since I am out of the country. I went online and spoke to a chat support. I then received a call the same day so I explained to them. I am glad the billing specialist who handled my concern is polite and patient and I was assured that we can have my bills taken care of as soon as I get back.

  I've read reviews about pulmonary solutions before and I kept me expectations low since this was the provider that was recommended by my medical group. It's been almost a year since I've been with pulmonary solutions and I've been given great care so far. I just recently received my replacement supplies. I'm impressed that I didn't expect too much from them at first but I've been given great customer service. Keep it up!
