  I've been going to Ease Mountain since its inception, and it has grown like crazy--with good reason. Juko Holiday, the owner, has created an inclusive, welcoming community. Juko is definitely an old soul who inspires her students to bring their best to the mat. You will leave Ease Mountain feeling lighter and happier. Highly recommended.
  
  By the way, the apricot-colored rose is from the parking area, which is usually filled with beautiful flowers.

  Juko is a radiant soul and an inspired teacher. The studio is clean, light, and welcoming. There are classes to accommodate all levels and bodies. It’s a warm, welcoming, centering experience.

  All of the teachers are wonderful. The classes offered suit whatever mood you might be in, from restorative, flow, to yin yoga. The new spot in Ben Lomond is bright and spacious. It's a wonderful and welcoming space to come home to on your mat. I love Ease Mountain Yoga!

  Wonderful yoga studio. Great instruction and careful assessment of each class member, offering modifications for each person there. Most of all, a warm and welcoming energy.offered to all.
