  Love everything here! They have BBQ spot, boat for renting at affordable price. I was so enjoy my time with friends and family here.

  The drive here is long, but the place is so worth it. Trails to walk around, places to BBQ, island to row to, shores to fish. Even if you get here in the break of dawn, you would find yourself staying until the gates close.
  
  And by the way, once they close (8:30pm at the time I went), you better have gotten your car past the gates. Otherwise, you'll be calling the local sheriff to see if they're in the mood to let you out. But first, you'll have to find the ranger to see if he'll let you borrow a phone because the reception here is so spotty. So good luck, or better yet just leave when they tell you to. Good thing is, there is a payphone.
  
  Bring mosquito spray, your choice of SPF, snacks and you'll be set.

  I enjoyed this placed. It's beautiful with mild hikes and nice picnic areas. They charge 8 dollar per vehicle and also have kayaks and rowing boats for rental. There is fishing allowed too but you need to buy a fishing license. There is plenty of parking and staff was friendly. Recommended!

  Beautiful and Quiet. Great for a Picnic. If you get there early you can rent a small boat or paddle boat for 2. Fishing is popular at Loch Lomond and you need to go early for that activity. Very Nice for walks and hikes. Take your camera to get fantastic photos of this mountain lake.

  Very calming & relaxing park. Hidden Gem out in the woodsy trees. Boat rentals are available with small store on site. Picnic tables & BBQ pits available. Nice clean bathrooms. Bass & trout in lake. The trip up to the park is a little rough, but worth it in my opinion.

Loch Lomond is open from March 1 through Labor Day and then Saturdays and Sundays though mid October of each year. A beautiful jewel in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Hiking, picnicking, fishing, interpretive walks & water education with rangers.
