The service at the Mountain Mechanic is exceptional. I brought my Ford Mustang in for some work and they got it up and running. Sean worked on my Honda when I first arrived in BC and it needed new front struts. Even through some frustration of his suppliers providing a couple flukes with faulty replacement parts at first, he remained easy to deal with and kept me patient to wait because he didn't want me to get the car back unless it was perfect. He upgraded the parts and thst went above and beyond and he replaced my rear shocks at no extra charge for having to wait a few days to get the car back. Good guy with an honest approach. Earned my business loyalty.
This shop and the guys working there are phenomenal! I had an appointment and even on what looked like a very busy day, they were right on time. Completely reasonable pricing, honest, friendly, detail oriented, and willing to explain things to someone like me who doesn’t know much about cars at all. They’ve won a new, happy customer! Sean does the diagnostic and finds out it's a simple misfire and does the correct job I got a tire puncture repaired in minutes after dropping in without any warning. I feel very lucky to have such a nice mechanic in town.
