John Bergren, MD

My husband has seen Dr. Bergren 3 times over the past couple of weeks due to a sprained back. Dr. Bergren has been great both in diagnosis and medication. He has answered all of our questions and has come up with a solid medical plan moving forward.

After 17 yrs with 1 dr. I had difficulty for the 1st year , communicating with dr. BERGREN. I FELT ABANDONED BY MY PREVIOUS DR (17yrs.) who had made some decisions about what kind of people he would help. It devestated me. I had sent out 17 letters of introduction in effort to find a new p.c.p. dignety , boulder creek was the ONLY office that even bothered to call me. So i went with them and dr. Bergren. Because 9f my special needs , i had requested that i be treated ( as in by the dr. )with the same routine, medications and specialists i had already been using for over a decade. I wont go into the details as they are very private. Anyway, after butting heads for about a year, something in HIS additude changed, and he made a decision at my request that i had been sort of arguing with him about. He honored my request and i feel, we have been on the same page ever since.
Dr. Bergren and staff are wonderful care providers. Theynate expidient with requests , refills and emergency appointments. They are kind, respectful, caring and just plain NICE to be around. I am thankful that i kept trying and didnt just give up after the 1st 2 or 3 appoinments. I left in tears for months!
I think that after so many years with 1 office, i had unrealistic ideas about how my health care would be handled. I expected this new dr. who never saw me before, to trust and do everything i asked , right away! Forgetting that we needed to build a repore of some sort before he could be of any real benefit to my overall health.
I would highly recommend this office for all of your personel healthcare needs. It is a bit 9f a drive, (boulder creek) but i feel it is worth the drive to get to this warm , caring office. They are always nice.
