  We love Dr. Douglas and the staff! Our dog gets a little scared when she gets there but the staff is so nice, I think she wants to go home with them afterwards. :-) She's a big German Shepherd Dog and they are great with her. I also find them to be very caring and compassionate.

  Great staff, great Doctors - we've mostly seen Dr. Douglas who is outstanding, but the other Doctors we've seen have also been terrific! I've been taking my pets here for years and have consistently experienced highly skilled service, unfaltering compassion and care, and endless patience with pets who may be scared or difficult. They are communicative, can be relied upon for follow-through and check-ins, and most of all, seem to sincerely want to provide the best experience possible for BOTH the pet and pet-parent. Love them!

  Have been seeing Dr. Douglas for my animal care for many years. Although location has changed, the same caring, quality of service continues to be provided. Dr. Douglas has a wonderful ability to connect with my dogs and with me. He is patient, takes the time to explain reasons for procedures and consistently helps me to feel that my dog is getting the "best care possible". In spite of potential for a scary diagnosis, I am confident that Dante, my dog, is in very good hands. All staff at this clinic show caring and confidence when tending to my pet.

  Very long wait. Almost 3 hours. Comfy seats. Separate cat room so your poor kitty can wander around & yowl. Nice friendly staff. I would only recommend for an emergency as they are very expensive $$$. I brought my two kids & a very unhappy kitty with a twisted bleeding paw:( They gave us back a bandaged kitty with a cone of humiliation on his head. However, it was a nice cloth cone & much easier for my cat to wear than the old fashioned cones. He still kept bumping into things, but my kitty is happy & healthy.

  They really helped my dogs when I was worried they had eaten rat poison. It was a scary experience but they were able to take care of my dogs quickly. Luckily my dogs were fine. The bill wasn't to bad for the emergency visit.
