CF SCM, I couldn’t have made a better choice with my drop-in! It is abundantly clear the support and dedication that is fostered here with each athlete. I was fortunate enough to be able to spend a full week here and I learned so much about proper body mechanics and techniques. I am a better athlete because of them. I travel extensively for work and have been to many different gyms and their knowledge and expertise is top knotch! I even met some milestones while I was there! Not even kidding, I’d you’re in the area- go say hi and check them out. You’ll thank me for it. :)

This is the place to grow. JP, Sara & this whole community are here for the right reasons. No matter the extent of your fitness level currently, you'll feel welcomed & have positive growth towards your goals here. The dogs are an added bonus that bring you pure joy. JP keeps an upgraded, clean gym with loads of different workouts and techniques. He focuses on excellence and progress- helping every athlete to be challenged at their pace. I've been a part for about 6 months now, and it's worth everything I've put in to have the progress I have.

CrossFit SCM is one of the best gyms out there. Coach JP is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and caring to every single athlete that walks in to his gym. When dropping in to a different gym from out of town, one always has a sense of being an outsider - not at this box. Coach JP and the CrossFit SCM community are welcoming, kind and helpful to everyone regardless of their fitness level. I advanced my knowledge and performance after two days under Coach JP's instruction. The breakdown of different workouts and how they will affect the body is relayed in a concise & easy to understand manner that is adapted to each athletes personal journey and makes you want to learn more. The integrity of Coach JP is reflected in the community and environment of CrossFit SCM and I can't wait to return!
