  I wish I could give more stars. I called him one day at 5:15 in the evening, because the electricity had gone out and I had the generator that was not turning on. I called him and of course I knew he was going to be very busy because everybody else in the mountain had no electricity and needed help as well. He told me he would try to get to me as soon as he could and I assumed best case it would be a couple hours. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that he showed up to my place of work in 15 minutes after our phone calI. I was so surprised when I saw him. I open the door I almost wanted to cry out of joy and happiness. My husband had arrived home and Jim actually took the time not to repair the generator but to actually teach my husband how to fix it so that next time we would not be in this situation this is why is so special! He is very very good at what it does and I've heard so much about him from many of my clients, now I know why he has this wonderful reputation the mountains.

  Wonderful electrician. We have used him in the past and he is very honest and reasonable in pricing. He is helpful and honest.
