Needed 2 new tires and the customer service was AMAZING. Victor was friendly, informative and helpful without being pushy. I was given all my options, and was given great explanations of tire wear, tire cost, fees, service, etc. A stressful situation was made very simple and positive. All of the employees were kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend!

Over the course of 2 years I have brought multiple different vehicles to this location for new tires, new rims, spare tire replacement, and TPMS replacement. They always offer the best price and best service in the area. Even compared to Costco I have found that their prices are always good. I have never found myself disappointed with the service here. They are very easy to work with and very accommodating to the customer.

Customer service at Chic fil A .... Dust in the wind compared to these guys at this Discount Tire on General Booth Blvd. Man, I was blown away by my visit today. Jesse... you are awesome, but same for all the employees there. Smiling, happy, customer service experts. Good mood music and they danced while they worked. 10 stars and then some! Give them all a raise! It’s been some time since I felt welcome and cared about in a business. Their service was amazing as well. Thank you so much for the silver lining today Jesse and everyone!! I called Discount Tire this morning for a quote on 4 tires, I was given excellent service from Vince who helped me decide on what tires would be best for my vehicle, also an amazing price quote was given. I was given an appointment for less than an hour, dropped my truck off and it was done within an hour! The store was very clean, all Covid safety measures were taken, and the staff was very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend store!! Thanks for the great work guys!
