I found Katy through a personal friend who went to Massage school with her, and now lives across the country. I told my friend C about my upcoming surgery and she offered to connect me with a local resource -- Katy!
The massage was very relaxing and I'm looking forward to future appointments.

Katy is the nicest person! She did manual lymphatic drainage therapy on me. It was gentle, soothing and helpful after having surgery. The office is very clean and comfortable too.

Katy is gifted practitioner. A title I do not bestow lightly. She has deep knowledge which she uses but doesn't let it cloud what is happening in the moment. The few treatments I have had with her have made great progress in decades old issues. She has totally inspired me to take good care of my own lymph between treatments!

I visited Silicone Valley Bodywork yesterday and today I feel refreshed! Katy has a very good energy and she performed a professional lymphatic massage and I could feel it. Her touch is precise and gentle and she is very knowledgeable about human body and the lymphatic system. The massage table was so comfortable and warm, I meditated during the massage and felt so renewed after!

After the massage I felt very relaxed and sleepy like I took a sleeping pill, so free up your time after the massage for a nice rest! I also felt very thirsty which is great and I had lots of tea and water.

What a great experience! I recommend lymphatic massage for people who went through liposuction like me and also for your health to drain your lymph nodes from time to time as a self care treatment for better health!

Katy is awesome! She does a wonderful job of making her clients feel welcome, safe, and comfortable. She is an expert at lymphatic drainage and even showed me how to properly use kinesiology tape after my session. I felt a significant reduction in pain after my visit and would highly recommend Katy!!
