  My neighbor and I share a roof over our building. We recently found ourselves in need of gutter repair. A Moriarty’s roofing technician came out to inspect our project and to give us an estimate. After careful examination it was determined that just replacing the gutters would be a stop gap measure since a lot of the fascia was old and damaged as well. The recommendation was to go for a new roof. My neighbor had a contractor he liked and asked him for an estimate. We decided to get an estimate from Moriarty’s as well. The Moriarty’s estimate was detailed, provided for several options, and the total price was estimated at about half the cost of the other contractor. The technician made it very clear that there might be additional costs because he could not assess the condition of the underlayment etc. We agreed on the choices, the price and the plan. We had two “change orders” which were both necessary and very reasonably priced. All my communications with Moriarty’s technicians and customer service staff, were prompt, professional and very friendly. The crew did a fantastic job!
  I would happily use them again and highly recommend them.

  Very impressed with the quality, speed and professionalism of Moriarty's Roofing. Apart from some expected rot repair cost overages, they were exactly on budget, to the dollar. Very polite and helpful crew. The supervisor and roof expert, Rick and David were great guys to work with on our roofing project. I definitely recommend Moriarty's Roofing.

  I looked into several local roofing companies before choosing Moriarty's. The whole process from start to finish was very easy. Getting the initial bid was a no pressure situation. The person who came out for the bid was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was invited up on the roof where he explained to me exactly what needed to happen and why. After hiring Moriarty's, we were able to get on the schedule right away. The crew that came to complete the roof project was fantastic! They were very friendly and respectful. They accomplished their job quickly and professionally. I was kept well informed throughout the process about their progress and anticipated completion date. The gutter team that came to replace the gutters was equally friendly and skilled at their job. We ended up with a solid new roof and beautiful gutter installation. I highly recommend Moriarty's for your roofing project. They were fair, competitive, friendly, communicative, and an all around great company!

  Everyone at Moriarty's Roofing was informative, helpful, considerate and communicative throughout the entire process. Different folks came to assess the project, communicate with me about the project, provide options for materials, inform me about timelines and keep me updated on delays due to weather projections. Regardless, all of them either answered my questions or provided me contact information of colleagues who could do so. They clearly know what they are doing. After the roof was removed, they clearly explained to me as well as showed me what areas needed further attention and why. Recommend Moriarty's? Hell, I'm ready to take them all out for drinks. If anyone asks me for a recommendation for roofing work, I have no hesitation in recommending Moriarty's.

  We had our roof redone in November 2021. The entire Moriarty's team was easy to work with from the quote, to scheduling, to the actual installation, it was simple.
  
  The crew arrived on time and were very friendly.
  
  They kept to the original schedule and had everything done in a couple of days. This is great because it is not always the case!
  
  They also treated our home with the same respect we do and I did not find a single scrap or nail when everything was done. Most importantly the quality of work looks top-notch and we couldn't be happier.
  
  Definitely would recommend.
