Wonderful service and care
This man is such an awesome sewing machine mechanic! Very kind and gives you great tips about mistakes you make causing your machine to act up. He even advised me against buying a new machine (in light of repair costs) saying my machine was very nice and would be expensive to buy now. His turn around time can be quite fast as well. See Doc Stitches and love your machine again!
I took my old Singer in and he knew exactly what it needed. I am very happy with his service. Doc Stiches is highly recommended????
I used this repair shop for my Elna sewing machine. The owner is one of the nicest men I have ever worked with. He helped me know how to ship it (as I live outside CA) and was very supportive. He fixed my machine so when it came back, it was better than brand new! I can't recommend this repair shop enough. He was very fairly priced and I would use him again and recommend him to everyone!
