(August 31, 2018, 7:38 pm)Each member of staff has consistently shown professionalism, generosity, efficiency, and warm kindness at every visit. They have all gender bathroom in the medical area of the second floor (photo shown) and gender binary bathrooms facing each other in the waiting area (shown). Overall a singularly welcoming, comforting atmosphere. The patient ambassadors in the waiting room are phenomenal, and the design and decor throughout are commendable. ????

(June 12, 2018, 4:15 pm)I want to than Teddy from the Scotts Valley Pharmacy assistance line. He helped me tremendously today. My husband and I moved to Oregon and have the Oregon Kaiser Plan. One of our dependants lives in Northern CA. He did not have his Kaiser card with him and needed to be seen. They could only find his old Northern California member # that was terminated in 2007... we were getting no where and my son was in a lot of pain do to a blister on his ear drum.
Well long story short when I got connected with Teddy he figured it out! He got the old and new numbers linked and my son was able to get his prescriptions and not pay $700!

(April 12, 2018, 1:40 pm)I absolutely LOVE this location! Everyone is so friendly and professional. I also love having everything under one roof. Today, I had a visit with ENT Specialist, Dr. MacLean and he was FANTASTIC! He was personable, easy to talk to, clear in his instruction, and left me with a good action plan and feeling much better. I have also used their pharmacy & urgent care at other times, and have always been treated compassionately and professionally. Thank you!
