Scotts Valley Gym

I LOVE THIS GYM 10/10 the best gym in Santa Cruz county. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Very productive environment. Great deals on memberships! I’ve been a member for almost a year and my favorite part is it’s open 24/7!

Yo this place is amazing! The staff is helpful and friendly, the clientele is the same. If you want to make a change in your lifestyle/health this is the place to do it!. Highly recommended!

This gym to me has the best atmosphere. The members and the staff are always helpful and kind. All the equipment is well maintained and clean. It's just a good place to be if you're new to working out or if you're already big and wanna get bigger.

From all the gym I been to this has far been the best gym I been too it’s open 24/7 the team is amazing,It’s the best feeling being in here after a stressful day making you forget about all of that and it’s just you and the weights.

I can not say enough amazing things about this gym. My son is an athlete and wanted to take his fitness to the next level so I surprised him with a gym membership and a personal trainer. He has grown so much this summer not only with his game, but also its taught him maturity, respect for time, and responsibility. Mitch has worked with him and is very kind, but also pushes him to the next level. I am amazed at how this gym has personally helped him grow as an athlete and individual.

Next- I broke my hand and my insurance was lagging on approving physical therapy (it was supposed to be approved when the cast came off - 4 weeks after it came off insurance is telling me it will be another 4 weeks to get it approved) all while my doctor is telling me I must work out my hand to regain strength mobility and grip. I ordered the tools my doctor recommended to rehab it but I was failing in a lot of pain when I attempted them. I asked Mitch if he has seen them before- and though Mitch is not a physical therapist he immediately noticed I was using them wrong (I had the stuff on my fingertips and not knuckles and was holding a bunch wrong lol). Once corrected I was able to do the exercises and I can’t believe it but after my first try actually using it right after a month straight of pain- my hand actually feels amazing. I’m absolutely amazed.

Even more, my kiddo wants to go running with me and is excited for me to get back in shape. I’m excited to lose my Covid-30 (30 lbs I gained during the last few years of the pandemic hahaha) I think me and my kiddo have found our new gym home.

Also- I haven’t remembered everyone’s name, but the staff is excellent and the gym is super super clean. 100% this will be my go to place to work out. I’m so glad it’s close to our home and our communities best kept local gem.
