Keith and Chris at the Hamburg location went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me find exactly what I was looking for and within my budget. They were complete pros who clearly knew their product and answered all of my questions completely, while giving me different options and ideas to think about. Visited this location this past Wednesday. I have a crummy spine and neck and I decided I needed to invest in a mattress that wasn't made during a world War. Entered in and Keith, the gentleman that helped me with my experience, was incredible. Super friendly and personable and actually cared about helping me find what was right for my needs. He listened to my concerns and worked with me in getting a great mattress and a nice frame to go with it as well. He wasn't hard pressed to sell me on anything or drain my wallet, but made sure that I did invest in what I needed properly to get. Obviously I'm hoping my mattress lasts for many years and am looking forward to it coming in, but if I had to go back for anything I would want Keith as the guy to help me look for what i need. Great selection and very clean showroom. Go in, and you will be well taken care of
