(December 30, 2018, 7:49 pm)It's okay and pretty good for a Best Western. I've stayed here a few times and had the most problems this time. Started with a smokey room (they moved us no problem, but the maid should have reported it first). Shower head wined and was too low pressure. Still has TV aspect ratio issues (had them last year too). Staff is nice and the bedding was good. Bacon seems to have gotten super thin - too thin.

(December 29, 2018, 12:43 pm)We stay here about 6 times per year. Nice and clean; comfortable beds; nice staff. It is a good price for what you get. We travel with our dog and it is the easiest place to stay in the Benicia area. The motel has a large dog walking area with poop bags provided.

(October 13, 2018, 7:32 pm)The cleanliness of the room and the building were really good. The breakfast was also exceeded my expectations. There was a small problem with the TV but that was quickly taken care of. I didn't receive a receipt after I checked out. I guess it was forgotten? Overall it was a good experience.

(October 9, 2018, 1:02 am)We had a wonderful stay! The front desk was so kind and made sure that my reservation was in order, even though I booked through a third party. There is free wifi and continental breakfast which is a plus. Not to mention they are right next to a gas station and 7-11. My only peeve was that the headboards weren't cleaned off. My group had to scrub off some clear splattered residue off of one of the headboards.

(September 30, 2018, 3:26 pm)The staff is very friendly. The beds are clean. The pool is not heated but that's a blessing on hot days. Not super great for night swimming. Hot tub is hot. Breakfast is good. Nice selection of hot items, healthy options, make your own waffles with toppings. Room is a bit smallish. We had fun. A better than typical best western. Not a four star hotel .But four stars for what you can expect from a Best Western. We usually stay at larger places we think we might save some money and start going this route instead.
