(February 8, 2019, 1:50 pm)Wow! In these first 6 months of my membership, I have seen huge results! I love this gym! The coaches are motivating and knowledgeable. I love that they review every move, every time! Safety first!! It feels good to know that I can go to class, and I can scale the workout to my ability, yet push myself to my limits. The members are like family. Everyone is encouraging and supportive.

(February 2, 2019, 6:31 pm)Jute is head and shoulders the best CrossFit gym I have ever seen. Clean, well organized, new equipment, and trainers that are focused on training. Every class works through instruction periods emphasizing technique. The membership is friendly and welcoming.
