  Great customer service and easy to communicate with. Following delivery of a Bowflex Revolution XP, they happily assisted with assembly via e-mail and phone . Then once we realized a few associated items were omitted in the final product, they responded again, quickly acquiring the missing pieces from the manufacturer, and shipping them (free) to us directly.

  I purchased an octane elliptical and from delivery to working out everything went great and exactly like they advertised. I love my elliptical and will recommend fitness superstore to anyone.

  Everything about this online order of a high end lateral treadmill went smoothly. I was impressed with the shipping and delivery options and chose the one that made me feel secure that a 400 pound machine would safely ascend a spiral staircase. Great follow through after delivery and in obtaining a hard to find operating manual. Oh, and the machine works well, like new.
