  I had the best experience ever @ Ron Pratt in Vacaville on Friday the 13th. All my blessings came through. I walked out of there with a beautiful car. The salesperson, Cesar Gomez was very professional, attentive, humorous, efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable in navigating through the auto industry website. He never rushed me; he let me go at my paste. I would strongly recommend this salesperson to assist anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing and gratifying experience while car shopping!!!!
  
  After the salesperson’s job the financial guru did his thing by making sure all necessary papers were completed and explained to me thoroughly. great job Mike!!
  
  Now the icing on the cake was the overall expertise of the general manager, Danny Austin. He made sure everyone did their job with the utmost professionalism and impeccable customer service skills to make my car shopping the best day ever! Also he worked diligently with all outside sources to make the deal happen expediently. I’ve been paying cars for over 40 years and I must say this was my most smoothest and fun filled experience ever. Now don’t get it twisted, I was still in there for hours conducting business because of the number of inside and outside sources that are required to complete a deal, but i was a happy camper after leaving Ron Pratt car dealership and full of gratitude. I strongly recommended them!!!!! Thanks guys!!!

  Best dealership I’ve gone too. Art was such a good salesman and including the rest of the staff. They were extremely friendly with me, as well went the extra mile to get me a lower interest rate. I would highly recommend this dealership. If you’re upfront and friendly they will treat you with nothing but the best service. Thank you Art and the whole staff on selling me my mustang I appreciate you all !
