I’ve honestly never experienced such great customer service from any provider, Marcela was amazing and patient with me I have no clue about phones so I was going in with some annoying questions lol ... and she answered every question with a smile.. so happy with my service and my Samsung A20 ... go see marcela at boost mobile she is amazing

Very professional, upbeat and even went out of her way to help me with my situation and saved me more money than I was expecting to spend.
