(February 7, 2021, 8:26 am)Once they start unloading fairly quick. If your dispatch or broker says its an open delivery time, most likely it is not. Mine was from 0800 to 1500 when in fact they had me scheduled for 12:30. I arrived about 10 and was given a door right away, however they still took the earlier appointments before me so I had to sit until 1318. Now I know next time to verify appointment time.
(December 11, 2019, 6:11 pm)The customer did not inform us of a delivery appointment time. I was late for the appointment time. Yes, there were to older guys running forklifts. Neither was rude and got me in and out under an hour. I’ve been driving trucks a long time and your attitude usually determines how your treated in return at shippers and receivers.
