Dorene, Rachel and the other instructors gently guide you through a yoga practice designed for you to achieve the poses that are right for your body. The location is the best with beautiful views of the vineyards and oak studded hills. I always leave refreshed with a happy body and mind! Once you start you will be hooked! Oh, and grabbing a coffee and a yummy pastry after class on Saturday or Sunday morning is the icing on the cake. The almond croissants are the best!”
