  We are very happy with this FamCamp. It's conveniently located (walking distance to the School, BX, Class Six, Commissary, Starbucks, Burger King, and Parks). There are lots of trees and the place is clean. Every RV site has a concrete pad. They stay on residents to clean up after pets. It's quiet (with the exception of gate traffic and planes taking off sporadically). I have no complaints. They upped the rate to $22 per night, but still a steal considering it includes water, electric, and free cable. Washers & Dryers available (3 of each). There are also clean community showers & restrooms. They also have a water station to refill 5 gallon jugs of filtered water. Wish we could stay longer than 90 days at a time!

  Its calm. Easy to navigate. Right next to the main gate so you hear cars all night. The speed limit is 5 mph strictly enforced. During my stay there was somebody with a radar gun enforcing the speed limit. Made me feel uncomfortable and not at ease like camping should be. Other than that friendly and a decent play to stay with full power and sewer hookups.

  Nice campground, convenient location for seeing the SF/Sacramento area. Camp host was awesome. She made multiple changes to our reservation to accommodate our stay without having to move sites. Dog friendly park. Bathrooms were clean and the park itself was in pretty good condition considered how dry the area has been.
