Very friendly. Joan is so nice and really looks out for the customer. I've called around to different auto shops for quotes and Jim Hansen Automotive has saved me hundreds of dollars, and they do a great job every time. I go to another shop near my house oil changes because I don't live in Vacaville and it's a bit more convenient, but for everything else I prefer to use Jim Hansen Automotive.
I was referred to Jim Hansen automotive by another auto repair facility that had found a leak in the evaporative emission control system (EVAP) of my 2018 Ford Escape Hybrid. Jim was able to locate the leak and replace the fuel filter assembly in less than 24 hours. Jim and his wife Joan are very pleasant people to work with. I am very pleased with their work and will be back.

The most friendliest place you could take your car to. They are very knowledgeable and are straight forward with what needs to be done to fix your issues.
