Thank you Tiffany and Allen for all of your help! Tiffany was such a pleasure to work with. Tiffany was very patient with me and I am particular. I can't wait for our new couches to be delivered.

Last Saturday we stopped by Furniture World. Tiffany and Marci provided fantastic customer service and great prices. Alan and their other colleague were friendly as well; and didn't mind that we brought our fur baby along. We didn't feel rushed and spent our time deciding on what to get for our new home. Tiffany and Marci also offered some wonderful suggestions. With their help, we now have a bedroom set, a mattress with box spring, a dining table set, the ultimate lounge chair with ottoman and a couple of beautiful paintings. We can't wait for everything to be delivered in the next couple of months! This was a great way to spend a Saturday. Now I can rest easy that we have some beautiful pieces of furniture to add to our collection. As an added bonus, Tiffany is a fellow horse lover. She took the time to write down her recommendations for places to ride! That's what I call going above and beyond, plus again a great deal overall. Thank you and happy holidays!

Bought a new home and needed several pieces of furniture. Living in Vacaville there are tons of shopping options (which is awesome) including many high-end furniture outlets, but of all the options in town Furniture World ended up being the perfect fit for our budget and the furniture we were looking for. Kailey and the entire team at Furniture World were super helpful throughout all of our shopping experiences. We purchased a couch, love seat, and ottoman off of the show room floor. They gave us a great price on the floor items and helped load them in our truck for us. We also purchased a made to order couch. They had several samples and examples of the couches and various fabrics/fillings to choose from. They showed us a variety of options for different possible configurations and helped us make a great decision. The made to order couch was estimated to take 4-6 weeks for delivery and we had it in our living room, delivered carefully and as advertised in less than 4 weeks (they did mention that was one of the fastest turnarounds they've had, but the point of the review is they communicated and delivered timely). Needless to say we highly recommend Kailey and the team at Furniture World. You won't be disappointed.

We had the BEST experience with furniture world. Tiffany was the best to work with and extremely helpful. We bought an item from their floor sale (aka: take as is) and she noticed as it was getting loaded in the truck that there was damage, and ordered us a completely new dresser for the same floor sale price. Their furniture is fairly priced, awesome quality, and delivered quickly. Would highly recommend this store! Vacavilles hidden gem! Will definitely be a returning customer!
