  The personalities of those you encounter when you show up to this restaurant are outstanding they are always very personable and accomodating and the food is always delicious

  Food quality is always great, employees always friendly and patient. I doubt this is an issue with the Vacaville store, but portion sizes seem to be shrinking. They recently changed the delivery method for their full salads, and it seems to be smaller, though I don't know for sure. It's still a great salad, but pricey.
  
  I got a 4 piece chicken strip today, and the chicken strips are slightly bigger than any fast food size chicken nugget. I understand the difference in food quality, these are not McDonald's or Burger King level chicken, it's much higher quality. But these can barely be considered a chicken strip as per industry standard. Again, great quality, small portion.

  Best fast food chicken sandwiches out there. And the seasonal milk shakes are amazing. Fresh and delicious. The line can be long but it moves pretty fast

  Excellent Chick-fil-A with children's playground and friendly staff. Full selection of sauces available. Even had an automatic trash can lid that opens when you toss your rubbish

  This place is great in service. I never really have a long wait because they are on top of getting their customers and food in a timely manner. If the line is long it's because everyone else thought to have dinner/lunch at Chick-fil-A just like you! Customer service is great!
