(June 21, 2018, 9:45 pm)Management is great old and new management was great each there own .... like other reviews good and bad then and now . Nothing is perfect ...... I agree with the last review there’s changes that’s good and making a too place to live . But the pool is always dirty and foggy and Green looking now it’s barley cleaned now but every few weeks they clean it , it used be cleaned daily and looked well maintained.... there is new pool seats which helps with all the people living here they should build another pool it’s over crowded when hot . The trash like in one review is always full and smells over the weekend and a lot of bug problems . Maintainence team is wonderful I give them 5 Stars plus always on top of things and friendly . Manger traci is great also she gets things handled when brought to her attention as Laurie did to, a lot of pros and cons about this place but like many places but there is a lot of mispresntaion about this place it is not as lovely as they state to get renters .

(June 20, 2018, 10:58 pm)This is my second go around at Morgan Park. I'm extremely happy to see New Management here. The last Manager was easily ran over and was not proactive at all. The new Manager has come in and immediately started making changes for the better. So far there is new pool equipment and the property is getting a much needed update. Tracie has been open to any and all suggestions and has been fast to act.
