  We wanted to thank you all and let you know that we had out Hot Springs Triumph Spa delivered and we couldn’t be happier.
  We had our maiden soak yesterday and it was so great we had another soak last night under the full moon.
  
  Starting with the call to set up the spa delivery, representative Marsha Carter from The Hot Tub Store was fantastic. Marsha was kind enough to change the scheduled delivery date because of a conflict in our schedule. She was so helpful.
  
  The delivery was great and easy.
  The delivery company were very good and capable. Especially Sebastian, he was very pleasant and informative. Sebastian placed the spa and installed the cover cradle & cover. The delivery guys gave me the sub panel, along with the other items we had ordered. On the Go, steps, and spa remote and owners manual. The process couldn’t have been smoother.
  
  We went into The Hot Tub Store in Vacaville, CA (about 25 min drive) and received our orientation prior to filling our spa. The rep at the store, Michael Lady was pleasant, professional and a wealth of information and very patient with my hundreds of questions. Michael ran test on our water sample and explained the steps we needed to take to make the water in our spa right for the Freshwater Salt System. And I have called Micheal at the Hot Tub Store several times after orientation. He has always been upbeat and accommodating answering any questions I had. We feel very confident with the folks at The Hot Tub Store and feel we can rely on their expertise to answer any question that may come up with our Hot Springs Spa ownership, and we look forward to purchasing all of our supplies there in the future.
  
  My wife Colleen and I feel great about our model choice Hot Springs “ Triumph”.
  It has the perfect features for our needs.
  We love the two lounge seat positions and two bench positions.
  This spa is beautiful. and has such a sophisticated look inside and out.
  And as soon as we got into the spa we were elated and so glad about our choice.
  The jets, the controls and the Freshwater Salt System are fantastic.
  
  Lastly and most importantly we want to thank everyone for the suggestions and guidance in selecting the options, products and accessories we chose. Everything suggested was right on. And thanks to Watkins Wellness for making such a great product.

  I have been working with Mercedes and she had been great. She has been super accommodating and patient whenever I have needed more info or had to revise a quote. Her response she time had been really great. Today I even went in and swam in the E550 swim spa and tested out the Aria spa I am interested in. What an excellent experience! The show room was set up and ready for me to hop right in! What a perfect way to ease your mind before you make an investment like this. :-)

  Mike was very knowledgeable and a great help in assisting me through getting my hot tub cover ordered and advising me on care/maintenance. Hot Spring Hot Tubs are great long term investment, a step above the other brands out there, worth the extra $ if its for your home and you want it to last at. My Vanguard is running great after 18 years.

  After just moving here to California last May we decided that we would benefit more from a hot tub than a pool. The selection here range from very high end to budget friendly. After explaining to Mercedes what we wanted and how we were going to use it she directed us to the best spas for what we wanted. She gave us time to talk to each other while still being close by to answer our questions. We just got back from having our water tested yesterday and Mercedes explained everything fully and now we are just waiting for the hot tub to be delivered!
