  Great prices and awesome customer service. My original order had some hiccups wherein they claimed it was shipped but USPS never received an item. (Slight inventory miscount, no big deal.) Messaged them one day they said they'll look into it, got right back to me the next day and after confirming the new colorway I had received an order confirmation and a new tracking number. Lo and behold I have an amazing new helmet. So good in fact I ordered a second for "future use" then emailed them cancelling the order on a count of bad juju. They replied within 30 minutes saying it was cancelled and we're good to go... Love this place!

  This has been my first time dealing with Bike Closet and I must say the experience has been pleasant. I ordered a smart trainer from them for a very reasonable price and it was shipped the next day. The package actually arrived early as well. I recommend Bike Closet to anyone that likes deals and fast shipping.

  I was a bit skeptical when I first found BikeCloset.com, but I'm happy I ordered from them. I ordered a pair of Conti GP 4000 Sii tires. I placed the order on Monday and received my tires on Wednesday.
  
  Price was excellent, shipping was reasonable, and they answered my questions (via text message) very promptly.

  Bought recently GT grade carbon from bike closet. Looking at the pricing which was substantially lower than other retailers, I was very skeptical....remember something too good to be true then...!
  
  Texted them requesting a call back. They called and the person on the line was very helpful providing the details. Definitely someone knowledgeable on bikes. They explained the reason for price reduction including that the bike had been assembled and was a store model, not return item and new.
  
  Shipping was fast and when the bike arrived it was exactly as described. No chips/scratches of paint or dent on frame. Looking at the components it was new and the frame had the signs of being assembled before. Essentially exactly as mentioned on the phone.
  
  I would recommend this store at least based on my experience of buying one item though an expensive item on very significant discount.
