  Wayne is great, very professional, friendly and welcoming. PM drop off some below are N/A. Faster than Sacramento location, but they have a coffee machine for guests. You guys need to get one of those!

  Need to fix your website repair scheduling. It shows available time for appointments but, they are not actually available. I ended up taking two trips to have my car serviced. The second try worked and got a call to reschedule due to available waiting space limit. On the positive side, the place is clean and the receptionist was nice to talk to.

  Drove 33 hours all the way from Alabama to vist family in Vacaville and needed an oil change before the long drive back. We didn't have an appointment scheduled but Mr. Wayne Salas was incredibly friendly and said he'd still get us in for the day even though they were fully booked.
  
  He explained it might take as long as 3+ hours of waiting depending on when he had someone available, and told us we were more than welcome to wait in the lobby and even recommended some food spots in walking distance if we were hungry.
  
  We ended up waiting less than 30 minutes. Next time we're back in Vacaville and need anything serviced we will definitely stop here again.

  This service team, led by Chris (and Jen), is absolutely phenomenal!! They go WAY above and beyond anything expected, and do everything they possibly can to help the customer! We are so very grateful for everything they did for us, from dealing with the warranty company and trying to fight on our behalf, to finding us the best possible pricing for the services we did have to pay for ourselves. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

  I recommend this Volkswagen dealership. Are used to live up near them. I now live over an hour away. But I get such a good quality and thorough work from them. I will drive the time and sit in the waiting room to have my vehicle serviced through them. Competitive pricing friendly people. And through the COVID-19 Pandemic, they still have a waiting room with social distancing. They are worth the drive to have your vehicle worked on.
