(July 9, 2017, 7:28 pm)A serene little square with a somewhat bizarre decor (obsolete munitions!). A nice place to practice violin or bagpipes in the bandstand. Bring your own seating. The city has neglected maintenance and half the benches are broken
That's why we can't have nice things in Vallejo.
