Shop is great, just beware of the call center that consistently fails at making appointments that show up on the shop’s system & lacks effective communication with the shop allowing quotes and parts orders to slip through the cracks.

Go easy on the staff in the shop as their hands are tied due to call center’s inability to communicate with them.

Other than that, this is my shop of 5 years. I’m a veteran, so they always give me a discount. The mechanics are great and trustworthy.

Juan and staff provide excellent customer service. I was impressed with my two interactions and visits and have made this my tire and brake shop for my vehicles. Beware of the tire stores down the street as they are rude and unorganized, American Tire Depot is the place to go. Thanks Juan!!

I needed to replace my car tires and I decided to try ATD because it is close to my house. I am very pleased with my decision. They provided me with outstanding customer service on the phone by Jared and in person by Juan. They did all the work within the time frame estimated. I loved the fact that they do complete auto work so I was able to have many other things fixed and/or replaced that were not related to the tires. I will definitely go back there from now on for all my car needs. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Let me start by saying I have purchased my tires from them and their customer service is top notch. I had to have a tire patched from running over debris. They patched the tire, put the spare back where it belonged and had me back on the road in under 20 minutes all under warranty. They didn't try to up-sell me anything just fixed the tire and get me back on the road.
