Dave's approach is in line with the original idea behind CrossFit - lifelong fitness, mobility, and the ability to move naturally. Its not about lifting super heavy weights and a "meathead" attitude. The culture at the gym is inviting. There seems to be an even ratio of women to men. Lots of people are new. The equipment is great. Class times are convenient. Plenty of parking. The atmosphere is infectious. Its great to be part of a supportive and active community!”

“This is a very basic park. No slide no swings but it has a really cool water feature that my kids love! You press a water and water comes bubbling up and runs down a "stream" into a sand box. Especially my water loving daughter can't hardly get enough of it. There is a walking path around the park and a large grassy open area to play catch or kick a ball around. There always seems to be a breeze and there are benches mom can sit on under some trees. If you want more slides the school across the street has two good playgrounds and while it looks like they are fenced if you walk around the side it is open and you can play on them.”
