“My car had started stalling abruptly the other day while traveling to San Francisco. I was distraught. I called around Vallejo looking for a mechanic and after being hung up on and repeatedly told there wasn't time for me that day several times I found the one and only WEST COAST AUTO REPAIR! I talked to who I am guessing is the owner and heard the words I had been hoping to hear " yes, I can help you. Come on in." I was elated. Once I arrived (after a terrifying stop and go trip of one mile, hazzards flashing and hands shaking) I was greeted with a welcoming smile and the compassion I so desperately needed in that moment. The mechanic (I wish I could remember his name! Tall, dark and handsome man who seemed to be running things) went over with me what the problem was, gave me the price (less than expected) and my poor car was back to normal in less than the 2 hours he quoted me at. West coast auto repair is an honest shop with hard workers who have excellent customer service skills. If you're in need of an amazing Auto repair shop please check these guys out. They really came through for me and I know they'll do the same for you.”

“New(ish) to Vallejo but they've seemed to think ahead when it comes to the ordering process and how to manage the flow of cars. As for food...I mean it's In-N-Out, you can't go wrong here. I would recommend asking for mustard fried for your hamburger if you like mustard and pickles. If you don't like pickles then still ask for it but tell them no pickles. Yummy!”

“Reasonably priced gas, easy on and off access from the freeway, clean store and nice set up of choices to purchase. The cost of goods I saw were in comparison to other places I have been to lower than average which was a VERY NICE change and unexpected. As a result this was my 3rd time back actually. Each time the staff has always been very kind. *** Heads up - there is a LOT of transient population nearby. Stay alert. Keep your car door locked and your purse or wallet and keys with you at all times.”
