Great customer service. I needed a small storage room. The first place we went to was out of the ones size I wanted. But the two friendly front desk people really made an impression on me and my girlfriend. They soon called another location for us to see if they had the storage we needed. They did and they held it for us.

The price for the storage unit was reasonable and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The storage unit and area were clean and well kept. Great overall experience.

The employees were very friendly and answered all my questions. I had a great experience with both of the employees. I was puzzled about having to give my CDL information to rent this unit but if I was from Mexico it was not needed. It seems that everyone should be treated with the same rules. This was very confusing for me as a client. I feel that someone needs to look into this policy. Once again the employees couldn’t have been anymore helpful and polite when helping me. You are very lucky to have such great service minded employees who were very pleasant to deal with this whole experience.

Could not have found a more professional, courteous and kind staff to work with than Kari and her family/team. I was fortunate to have found them. Go to Derrel’s on spruce in Fresno, ca for a truly enjoyable experience. Kari made it an easy business transaction for me during a very stressful time.

One word: Kerry! She is the manager and literally one of the kindest humans. She has helped our family so much during these uncertain times. I will forever be grateful for her and Darrells. Truly feel like family. ❤
