It was my first time taking this certification course via online. I think all went smoothly. I received all the material that I needed and instructions for the on-hands test. Everything worked fine and the room was clean. I felt safe. I had a question and I called the office and they answered the phone which was super helpful at that moment. I personally really like taking the course in person with other people but given schedules and Covid, doing the class online is doable and I would recommend it. Thank you.

Was really easy and quick. I wasn’t sure how I would feel about the computerized system for hands on, but was more effective than a large class with one instructor. You get real time feedback on your technique. I really liked it and it was so convenient. I highly recommend them and do all my renewal last with them.

The entire process of taking both the online class and skills test was very convenient. It’s probably super obvious to most people, but I was a little confused on how to actually enter the room. The code to the door was on my receipt, but maybe add a sentence about specifically entering the room. I’m a health care worker with a family and busy schedule, and I was able to renew my license quickly and did most of the work on my couch. I highly recommend Bay Area CPR!

Didn't know what to expect when going in. It seemed very nice. They were out of gloves my size and the masks for the dummies didn't fit all too well, which made me frustrated. I liked that I had more than enough time to complete all the modules. Turns out I left a very important bracelet in the room and I called their help line and they were able to give me information that made it easy to get it back. Overall, good experience. When I need to get re-certified I will go back.
