“Just had my first cleaning and consultation at Cypress Dental and absolutely love it! The facilities are beautiful and calming, the music was light and fun, the staff is incredible. The cleaning was extremely thorough, she took her time, was kind, explained, and just did an excellent job. Dr. Alex is an in depth dentist and is even taking a look at my diet to help give guidance on cavity prevention down to when to brush after eating fruit. I'm excited to have found such a wonderful dentist family and am looking forward to continuing to be in their care.”

“Dr. Wong is a miracle worker, seriously why aren't there more reviews on Google maps lol, I don't like using Yelp???? Anyway, at the end of my first day seeing her and using her tips right away, my heart stopped pounding at night, which kept me awake, and that annoying hissing in my ears stopped, hot flashes that nearly caused fainting and profuse sweating has stopped, fatigue is going away, libido is returning and insomnia is better, but what's more important my pain is so much better, end term osteo arthritis in knees feels better lower back pain has really improved. Turns out coffee and matcha were causing a lot of issues, have been off caffeine 3 weeks now and my energy is getting better naturally. I have heart fire, kidney deficiency, lots of dampness and other issues that is easily remedied by eating properly and going to sleep earlier. My fatigue was so bad I could hardly stand 3 minutes, my other Drs could not figure out what was wrong, all tests came back normal. But Dr. Wong could tell after my first visit. I am on a simple diet, each meal is 50% starch or carbs, 25% egg, fish, or chicken, 25% 1 cooked veg at a meal. Since I had such little energy she said I needed to eat meals.that were easy to digest. And drinking cold water or bev all day and at meals was causing lots of issues. Now I have a big bowl of broth with meals or watery herb tea and my dehydration is gone. Drinking so much cold.fluids was over working my kidneys, diluting my digestion which in turn my heart was not getting enough nutrition ergo the pounding pounding pounding, and yes I was using magnesium and potassium, did not resolve issues. Dr. Wong has changed my life for the better. Plus she does real acupuncture, so the needles don't fall out any time you wriggle lol. Her fee is $85.00, for an hour visit, she's pleasant to talk to, very understanding and just wants you to get healthy. She wrote a book with Dr. Luk called "Your body is not a car" its the best book written about TCM, they explain all the body processies and why TCM can heal you when your Western Medicine Dr. cannot. This book should be in all our schools. Honestly. TCM has a 4,000 to 5,000 year head start on our ideas of health in the USA. If you are in pain and nothing else works go to Dr. Wong. Are you ready to feel better?”

“UPDATE 1/11/18 I couldn't afford to keep going twice a week... about $160.00 a week!!! :O So some of the benefits went away also :( like having my period again. lol But I have kept doing most of what she taught me. But my case was much more serious than most. She can help you, but she may not understand the severity of some of your issues, she seemed to expect many of my issues to resolve very quickly and they didn't, even tho I was following all her tips. I'm not sure if it was a language barrier.. but she did speak English very well, and I was very thorough when explaining my disabilities. But even then she seemed to not understand why they were not being resolved. lol... but I would not discourage anyone from seeing her. If you have chronic conditions she can help you. But it is $80.00 per visit, each visit is 45 min to 1 hour. She will expect you at least 2 times a week if your condition is severe, maybe more. So be prepared for the expense. It is worth it. Her book is excellent too "your body is not a car", I have not found a book that explains TCM in such an easy to understand manner. My original post: Dr. Wong is a miracle worker, she is very busy/ popular, seriously why aren't there more reviews on Google, lol, I don't like using Yelp????. Anyway, at the end of my first day seeing her and using her tips right away, my heart stopped pounding at night, which kept me awake, and that annoying hissing in my ears stopped. Now after third week hot flashes that nearly caused fainting is nearly gone and profuse sweating has stopped, fatigue is going away, libido is returning and insomnia is gone but what's more important my pain is so much better, end term osteoarthritis in knees feels better lower back pain has really improved and I no longer need all my supplements!!!???????? Even stopped taking collagen for my joints! I couldn't believe that I could go without it. Turns out coffee and matcha were causing a lot of issues????, have been off caffeine 3 weeks now and my energy is getting better naturally. I am on a simple diet, each meal is 50% starch or carbs (no brown rice for now, rough fiber causes a type of inflammation also.) 25% egg, fish, or chicken, 25% 1 cooked veg at a meal (NO RAW VEG!) COOKED VEG IS EASIER TO GET NUTRITION FROM, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE FATIGUE. If your battery is drained reserve energy to heal your body by eating easily digested food. And fresh fruit only after lunch and dinner due to purgative effects from fruit. Since I had such little energy she said I needed to eat meals that were easy to digest, plus no spices other than soy sauce, salt, sugar, sesame oil, veg oil, green onion, and ginger (which you do not EAT!remove ginger chunk before serving!) And drinking cold water or bev all day and at meals was causing lots of issues. Now I have a big bowl of broth with meals or watery herb tea with meal and my dehydration is gone. Drinking so much cold fluids was over working my kidneys, diluting my digestion which in turn my heart was not getting enough nutrition ergo the pounding pounding pounding, and yes I was using magnesium and potassium, they did not resolve issues. Only drinking hot fluid with meal resolved issue. Three meals a day, no snacking, stop eating by 6pm (for me). When I eat late, the heat/energy from late meals travels to the mind and will cause insomnia! When you stop eating early your body has time to prepare for the resting state or yin state. Dr. Wong has changed my life for the better. Plus she does real acupuncture, so the needles don't fall out any time you wriggle lol. Just being real here, if you are used to getting Western style acupuncture where the needle barely goes in.”
