(July 12, 2017, 11:03 pm)The gym is always clean, not crowded, and all of the staff are super friendly and helpful. I've been to a few different classes and enjoyed all of them, especially the new cycling class.
I've been working out with Stephanie for over a year and I adore her! Aside from writing me personalized work out and nutrition plans every week, she's friendly, hilarious, great with communication and is always flexible and works with me when I need to change appointment times.
I've also gotten to know the other trainers and staff at the gym and everyone is great. They do a great job of making you feel comfortable and helping in any way they can.

(707) 585-8795. This is seriously one of the best gyms I've ever been to. In addition to the personal training, this is my favorite Anytime Fitness location. It's not huge, but it's a lot less crowded and I find that I rarely have to wait on any machine or equipment here compared to other locations in Santa Rosa.
