An Awesome environment and I would recommend it to anyone who hasn't joined up.

It's become a sanctuary for me. Good people, good energy, and lessons on & off the mat. The way you hold yourself and perceive life changes altogether for the best. It lets you dig deep and challenge yourself. I don't know who I'd be with out Gracie Barra Rohnert Park.

Fantastic instruction. Rich really knew what he was talking about and the other staff and students were very friendly and welcoming! No one will try to smash you here, it's about learning and everyone is with the program in that instance. Great place!

I have trained at GB Rohnert Park for almost 8 years During that time my goals have varied from self defense to fitness to psychological and everywhere in between. But no matter what my mood or goal for the week (or day), the Academy always has what I'm looking for. That's probably what I like most about training at GBRP - if you want the physical challenge, it's there. If you want the mental challenge, it's there. If you want both, you can have both. Or if you just want to get out of the house and enjoy time with a great, diverse group - that's there too. Would highly recommend to anyone, male or female - kids to adults.
