Pura Vida Sober Living: Old Ranch (Co-Ed)

  I came to Pura Vida in March of 2019. Before I ever got there, I called a lot of places all across the country and I got the impression from speaking to Alex that Pura Vida was the best choice; I'm glad I made that decision. When I arrived there, things we going very poorly in my life. The staff and the other clients went out of their way to make me feel welcome and to help me get my feet under me. While living in the Old Ranch house, I participated in IOP at Pura Vida and worked a full time job. The clinical staff was accomodating and flexible regarding my hours and work demands.
  I can't say the cliche "this place saved my life" because I don't want to be cheesy, but I can say with certainty that during the 6 months that I lived there my life steadily improved, my relationships improved, I put money in my bank account, I took care of legal problems... things generally just got a lot better. After 6 months there, I was accepted to a university in a different state and I moved away to attend. I was able to keep the momentum that I had built at Pura Vida and my life today is way better than what I imagined it could be when I was making calls trying to find a sober living back in March.
  In conclusion, I think Pura Vida is as good a sober living as you will find. The rest is really up to you.

  Beautiful place to live with excellent structure and people who truly care about your recovery, Pura Vida has helped teach me structure responsibility, super grateful to live in such an awesome environment!

  Beautiful home on top of a hill, great management on site...
  I would highly recommend as a past resident.

  I just recently transitioned into a Pura Vida home. And I'm super stoked about it !! All four of their homes are beautiful, and very structured sober living environments. Ben and alex just opened a new house, old ranch, where I now live. This home correlates well with everything I am trying to do with my life. Basically a huge family where everyone lifts each other up, and heavily strives towards dreams and aspirations. I could not be more confident in my decision to live at a Pura Vida home :) xoxoxo
