  Jim did a great job selling our home. He came up with a detailed plan and moved fast to meet our timeline. His recommendations prior to putting our home on the market helped reduce the amount of negotiating after escrow and allowed us close fast. We received multiple offers, which helped us get free rent back and receive a price for our home we were very happy with!

  Jim was great to work with. Just the right balance of responsiveness without being pushy. He went out of his way to personally follow up on issues at the property including returning after we closed to help remove a mystery lockbox, for which no one had a code, with bolt cutters. Jim also knows Sonoma County really well and could offer insight to various areas which we were not as familiar. If you're looking for a really knowledgeable and personable realtor, Jim's the guy.   Jim is an experienced real estate broker with an in-depth knowledge of the local market.
