  My car got sideswiped overnight and my mirror got ripped off, my insurance sent me to Dibbles. Got the initial quote from Anthony and was set to come back the following Monday. I get there Monday morning and find that my 2 day repair had been reduced to a 20 min repair, and the estimate went down by over $200! They said that I got lucky because the new mirror came already painted white so they didn’t have to do the extra labor of painting it. Anthony and the woman at the counter were incredibly nice, and my new mirror works great. Thanks Dibbles!

  My wife was very upset after backing her Crv into a pole. I assured her that not to worry I knew just the place to take it. I called Todd and told him about the situation and what was needed. He told me not to worry just let him know when we would like to have the bumper repaired.
  
  We had a trip coming up for the week of new years and had planned to taking our other car on that trip. I Asked him if he could have it fixed that week and he said that wouldn't be a problem at all. To make things even more convenient I was having the vehicle serviced at the dealership and Todd had it picked up from the dealership. That was so appreciated. I had told Todd that we needed the vehicle back by the following Friday or Monday. I had expected to be picking up the vehicle Monday since it was a holiday week and also usually when you give a shop the option of keeping it longer then that is usually when you get it back. Fast forward to the following Friday and we were on our way back into town. I reached out to check on the vehicle and was very pleased to hear it was being detailed and would be done later that day right about the same time we were rolling back into town. We went straight there to pick it up when we got back into town.
  
  When we walked in to the showroom Anthony greeted us as we walked in and had the paperwork ready for us. We were very pleased with the final Bill. We didn't want to run this through our insurance and we speechless with the price we were charged. We expected it would have been much more. The vehicle was pulled up and ready for us. When we went out to the vehicle again I was very impressed with the quality of the repair. I have worked in the automotive industry for 20+ years and this was the first time I have ever had to have any paint work done. I had been dreading the day I ever needed paint because I have a very critical eye. The car was very clean and I couldn't tell that the bumper had been painted. It looked great! Thank you very much to the crew at Dibbles Fixed Auto. They took a stressful situation and turned into a very easy process.

  I took my car in after i got hit at a parking lot, huge dent. I had it there for only a week, thinking it'd take several weeks. The job was done quick and my car looked like nothing had happened to it. I am completely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them. Great customer service and their front desk lady stays on top of updating you on whats going on with your car.
