Thanks to the carelessness of other drivers here in Sonoma County we have had a few occasions to take our cars to Sparky's over the years. We won't go anywhere else. Tim and the crew are courteous, friendly and professional. They do top quality work with the right balance of speed and excellent care.
I have now used Sparkys for 3 separate accidents where I needed to have repairs done. I can not say enough about how professional and friendly they are, however, and most importantly is I appreciate the honesty and the fact I don't feel they are taking advantage of me, I will not take my car anywhere else and always tell people to go here when they need work done. This is the only place I will ever take my car for work.

After being rear-ended on the freeway- I knew my dad's old pickup ('93 Ranger with only 84,000 miles) was a total loss but they were able to patch it up and make it presentable (and drivable) for a little less than the check the insurance issued. What they accomplished with limited funds is nothing short of a miracle. Now my dad's truck (he is no longer with us) will live on a little longer. Thank goodness too that the lady that hit me had good insurance!
Honest, fast, and understanding ...of my attachment to the little truck (just could not see it going into the junk heap). My dad would never forgive me.
