  If you are anything like me and find it hard to get off the couch, or feel like there isn't enough time in the day to exercise, or are too afraid to go out and try something new, I swear this place is for you! I don't like going to the gym, or running, to me that feels like too much work. But going to Zumba has made exercising fun! I didn't even realize I was getting such a great workout until class was over and I saw just how much sweat was all over me. Every time you walk in the door you are greeted with big smiles from ear to ear, a big hug and warm welcoming faces all around! Whether it is your first class or your millionth, these three amazing women who are the FITNESSforward instructors of Zumba make you feel like the gold you know you really are! It doesn't matter how old, young, new to dance or dance veteran, how big, small, fit or unfit you are, man, woman or child, everyone (and I mean everyone) is welcome! This is one hour dedicated to letting loose, letting go of your day however long, stressful, bad or even good it was. Their classes are dedicated to you, dancing like no ones watching, because honestly no one really is. This is the one place for me where it is a total judgement free zone to let loose and just have FUN! The instructors who make up FITNESSforward are 3 amazing women, Angie, Laura, and Roxanne and they know how to show up with great poise, energy, and such charisma that just lights up the whole room when all you can do is watch and be inspired to move just like them. Before you know it, your legs and arms are moving just like theirs, you find your timid voice and chime in with the hoots and hollers like everyone in the room, and that hour has just transformed you into the confident human being you may never thought existed! These women share choreography so if you are used to one instructor and the routines, you can show up to any class with them and still know what is going on! I'm so happy they offer 12 classes a week, with at least one class for all 7 days with morning classes and evening classes so I can always squeeze in my hour of me time in my week. If you have never been and want to try it out (which I highly suggest) they offer a 5 class pass for $25, and they always do $5 Friday's which brings an incredible crowd! Wow, didn't realize I was going to write a book, but I guess I just wanted to show just how passionate I am about finding FITNESSforward! They have helped change my life in ways I can't even fully express! I'm so much happier, more confident, and I'm probably in the best shape I have ever been in my adult life! I love you guys, and you keep me always wanting more!
