  They make one type of cheese, aged for different lengths of time. But it is awesome! Must visit! Please bring cash along with you, I made a mistake of not bringing more :)

  I heard “ not what I expected “. I can tell you it’s not a start of the art mass producing cheese factory. It’s a country farm very rustic and down to earth. Conversation hard to come by due to the language barrier. They are accommodating and have no problem showing my family around. But the cheese speaks for itself. Hands down the best cheese I’ve had. I drive over a hour just to get there. Go there and enjoy the experience for yourself. Don’t forget to bring your sourdough and salami.

  They have one type of cheese that's aged different lengths. It's quite good, there are tasters, and the price is good. It's a very small little farm and shop. First time we went there were cows around and the staff told us all about them. Second time was just an in and out stop with staff that wanted to get back to work. Super real cheese makers!

  Interesting little place. Very much a farm that produces cheese, rather than a tourist destination. They produce only 2 types of cheeses of a Portuguese variety ( St Jorge) both aged. The lady didn't understand us ( Guess she was portuguese) and let us try the cheeses before buying. We bought a bit of both, and it was really mild and lovely. Not too expensive at all ( $9 per pound or $13 per pound)
