My mother has never had such a great experience in a hospital in her entire life while she is 62. The nurses were so kind, The food was unbelievably delicious for a hospital, if you ever need to go to a hospital in sonoma county I'd recommend this 100%. Thank you sutter hospital. I will always be grateful for your care about the patients and quality.
I'd just like to again thank Elizabeth, Jennifer and Jonathan in ICU for the care and amazing patience they have shown my family. I'm truly grateful for their service and they have made a lastly effect my perception of Sutter Health.
Respectfully,
Omar S.
The second to last day of a 2 week northern California vacation, I fell in a state park north of Fort Ross while hiking. My husband drove us to Sutter Santa Rosa"s emergency room. I was seen and my right arm X-rayed very promptly. The staff, including the X-ray technologists, were kind, respectful and compassionate. The doctor, Scott Booth, was excellent. I suffered a fracture of the radial head of my right arm and I am so glad that this hospital was there. I was in and out in an hour. I was diagnosed and treated correctly, given clear instructions for follow up. Thank you to the staff of Sutter Santa Rosa!
My dad suffered a major heart attack and was airlifted to Sutter Santa Rosa from Lake County. He spent almost two weeks there, mostly in the care of the ICU nurses and interdisciplinary staff. Everyone we encountered was polite, professional, and kind. I cannot say enough good things about EVERY SINGLE ICU NURSE. They were welcoming, thorough and had excellent communication. I cannot thank them enough, and although his stay at the hospital was almost two months ago I still get emotional when I talk about the quality of care he received and how much easier they made such a terrible experience.
