  We have a large "leather" ottoman with storage that after 6 years started cracking and flaking. I called a number of upholstery shops in the Santa Rosa area and was impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of Mary at M G Upholstery. I brought the ottoman to the shop for a price quote and to discuss leather options. I felt the quote was extremely reasonable, and Mary made recommendations and ordered some leather samples.
  
  We communicated by phone and e-mail and she was always available and never once did she not answer the phone or respond to my e-mails within 48 hours. Mary never rushed us and always answered all of our questions. We chose a beautiful red/brown matte leather. We received a call that she was not happy with the leather she received and wanted to order us a different leather which she was sure we would love. She did and it was exactly the color and texture we were looking for.
  
  The ottoman turned out as we envisioned, and it fits in perfectly with the rest of our furniture. We had a great experience and will use M G Upholstery for any future upholstery needs.

  Mary and Volker are amazing at what they do and are a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for authentic craftsmanship and excellent price, they are the best. They go above and beyond and then some.
