  I would give 6 stars if Yelp would allow it. My family and I needed a property management company for our condo in Santa Rosa. We interviewed 5 different agencies, but no one was as knowledgeable and personally invested as Sue. Sue is that rare combination of friendly and pithy professionalism. She knows how to deal with both our needs as owners, while educating on us as to best serve our tenants. We love Sue and her team so much, she is currently the real estate agent selling our mom's home. Thank you Sue.   Very professional company! The staff is very friendly and helpful.
  Contrary to the ONE negative review, I have been very impressed with their careful attention to the condition of the house I currently rent.

  Sue and her team were very professional and knowledgeable. She knew all in ins and outs of the business and got me great renters! She took all the worry away from me when she took charge and knew just what to do with each thing that came up in this process. So glad I had such a pro finding my tenants for me. Thanks , Ann L.
